We currently have an opportunity for a Coordinator to join our ProEx team.
Summary
The Team Coordinator serves as a key operational support role within the insurance broking team, coordinating workflow, managing data analytics, creating executive presentations, and overseeing project deliverables. This role is designed for a motivated professional seeking to grow into positions of increasing responsibility within insurance broking, with clear pathways to Account Executive and leadership roles.
Leadership Responsibilities
Expected to develop collaborative working relationships with internal colleagues, team leaders, and operational partners.
Will contribute to team culture by supporting efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and organized execution of team priorities.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Coordinate activities across broking team members to ensure seamless client service delivery.
Provide administrative and organizational support to ProEx practice leaders and brokers across all sub-teams.
Maintain and manage data integrity across internal systems, tracking tools, and client/insurer records.
Coordinate renewal processes, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables
Manage new business implementation projects from submission to binding
Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets using project management tools
Facilitate communication between internal teams, carriers, and clients
Organize and document project workflows and standard operating procedures
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Support business insights functions including preparation of reports, dashboards, and data summaries for team leadership
Coordinate internal meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and team communications.
Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, renewals, and new business pitches
Develop executive summaries and visual data displays for senior leadership
Prepare marketing materials and proposals that showcase broking capabilities
Design training presentations for internal and external audiences
Maintain and analyze client data, loss runs, and policy information in CRM systems
Generate reports on book of business performance, retention rates, and growth metrics
Develop dashboards and KPI tracking tools for account teams
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to support client recommendations
Participate in training programs to develop technical insurance knowledge
Shadow senior brokers and account executives to learn client management
Take on progressively complex assignments to build broking expertise
Contribute to team strategy discussions and business development initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree or 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and organizational skills.
Results-driven mind-set.

The expected salary range for this position is $27.48/hr to $38.46/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
