Als Produktionsplaner (m/w/*) an dem Standort Kempten für den Bereich Supply Chain Management haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Planung und Steuerung der Materialflüsse sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Versorgung der Produktion
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Produktionsplänen unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten und Lieferterminen
- Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Produktion und Vertrieb
- Überwachung der Bestände und Durchführung von Bestandsanalysen
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in der Lieferkette
- Bearbeitung von Lieferengpässen und Engpassmanagement
- Erstellung von Berichten und Kennzahlen zur Überwachung der Lieferperformance
Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen
Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Keramik, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Disposition/Planung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung sowie im Bestandsmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP) und MS Office-Anwendungen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
