Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Products & Services Quality Manager (Level K) to support the 777 Roll Around /Traveler team onsite in Everett, Washington on 2nd shift.

 

A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. This role will lead a team of 10+ people onsite in Everett.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations

  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

  • Provides education and coaching on the Quality System

  • May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies

  • Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

  • Data analytical skills with Tableau or other business intelligence software

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

  • 3+ years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS)

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime (primarily 2nd shift)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

Summary Pay Range: $133,500 - $153,500
