POSITION SUMMARY
The Products Control Superintendent is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the assigned area, and the supervision of all Blending and Shipping personnel within the area. This position reports to the Area Team Manager. The Superintendent ensures that area personnel execute all work in the assigned area in a safe, compliant, and reliable manner. Direct reports may include Shift Supervisors, Operations Excellence Specialist, and off schedule Hourly Employees. The Products Control Superintendent is responsible for maintaining operating discipline: operating within boundaries, supporting the refinery production plan, following and enforcing company policies, enforcing equipment care, attention to detail, and maintaining proper housekeeping.
