We are looking for a Productization Consultant to join the Transformation Office NL. In this role, you will drive the operationalization of the Productization Strategy across the ING NL delivery organization and contribute as a key member of the Productize Productization Program Team.
Your mission: turn vision into reality by simplifying, optimizing, and scaling products to create value for ING NL and beyond.
Role and responsibilities
Bring the vision to life: Increase transparency to identify and decommission overlapping products, reducing complexity.
Accelerate re-use: Make products accessible beyond ING NL to maximize value and efficiency.
Optimize investments: Make informed decisions on value versus cost, ensuring funds are allocated where they deliver the greatest impact for ING NL.
Enable innovation: Implement cross-boundary product charging into ING Retail to create financial headroom for new ideas.
What You’ll Bring
Ability to deliver complex, strategic change initiatives with measurable impact.
Act as a trusted business partner for Business Owners, supporting them in executing their roadmaps consistently and effectively.

Academic Master’s degree (MSc).
Proven track record in change and transformation, with a natural drive to deliver results.
Solid understanding and experience in IT delivery and banking operations.
High organizational sensitivity and ability to navigate complex environments.
Strong resilience, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to manage complexity.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to build trust with senior leadership.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
