Shifts Offered:

2nd Shift: M-F, 3pm-11pm

3rd Shift: M-F, 11pm- 7am

Rotating Nights: M-F, 7pm- 7am

Rotating Nights: M-F, 7am-7pm,

A day in the Life

  • Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
  • Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Achieve flawless execution by strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols, and successfully implementing continuous improvement strategies.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

  • Basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
  • Experience with production equipment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality testing.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
  • Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
  • Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position Operator II, Manufacturing based inConnecticut is $15.26–$22.88.
