Production Technician

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6AM-4:30 PM/10-hour shifts

Pay: $22–$25 per hour + overtime available

Harmon is looking for hands-on Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help fabricate curtainwall components used in commercial buildings across the country while working alongside a skilled team in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

· Support daily production on the manufacturing line to keep output running efficiently

· Work in multiple areas of the fabrication process including assembly and glazing operations

· Read and follow shop drawings and blueprints

· Inspect parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy

· Follow project-specific production and quality procedures

· Share best practices and assist teammates when needed

What We're Looking For

· 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, production, or assembly

· Ability to read shop drawings or blueprints

· Basic math and computer skills

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements

· Ability to walk, bend, twist, and climb occasionally

· Lift, push, and pull 30–60 lbs

· Work safely while meeting production schedules
