What you’ll do
⦿ Molding Operations: Perform all aspects of molding including producing molds according to daily schedules, ensuring correct patterns and pattern IDs are used. Operate and calibrate the continuous mixer, perform preventative maintenance, and assure quality molds are produced.
⦿ Core Setting and Equipment Operation: Set cores accurately in the cope and drag, operate equipment and computers to process molds to the next station efficiently and correctly. Control equipment that picks up and flips molds, and operate mobile equipment as required.
⦿ Quality and Safety Compliance: Inspect patterns per schedule, maintain a clean and hazard-free work area, and follow all policies and work instructions. Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors supporting a world-class safety culture.
⦿ Daily Success Indicators: Consistently meet production schedules with quality molds, maintain good attendance, and contribute positively to team safety and efficiency.
⦿ Travel Requirements: Minimal to no travel required; role is primarily onsite.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
⦿ High school diploma or GED
⦿ Good reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal skills
⦿ Ability to operate molding equipment and perform preventative maintenance
⦿ Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

Nice-to-haves:
⦿ Experience with continuous mixers and core setting
⦿ Familiarity with mobile equipment operation
⦿ Previous experience in a manufacturing or casting environment
⦿ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
