As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of initiatives that streamline processes, uphold quality standards, and inspire your team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor your team, fostering professional and personal growth.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day running of the production zone.
  • Drive QCDP targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery, People).
  • Coordinate solutions to challenges and lead continuous improvement activities.
  • Promote 5S, Health & Safety, and the Nissan Way values.
  • Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment.
  • Cover Supervisor duties when required.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on planning and team development.
  • High personal standards and self-motivation.
  • Ability to initiate and monitor improvement activities.
  • Previous experience in leading and training others is advantageous.
