What You Will Do:
- Responsible for first line leadership and coaching of work unit to meet production schedules.
- Participates in product cost improvement; control quality and yields; plans production activities; supports TPM activities and promotes safe working conditions and positive employee relations.
- Follows quality control guidelines and procedures to ensure that raw materials and finished goods comply with engineering and product specifications.
- Coordinates the production process in accordance with Company's policy.
- Consistent focus to improving productivity and reducing production costs.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety rules at workplace throughout the duration of the activity.
- Executes production plan per budgeted standards, plant labour and overhead budget.
- Reports to Production Manager.
What you'll need:
- Degree in Chemistry.
- Experience in the production area.
- Knowledge of PC operation.
- Intermediate/advanced English language knowledge.
- Coordination and decision-making skills.
