Job Summary
The Lead Team Member Production is responsible for the Standard Operating Procedures within the department in the absence of the Team Leader and/or Shift Leader.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and direct team member's efforts, within their designated area, to insure an orderly and efficient operation.
Monitor adherence to all company work rules and policies.
Monitor adherence to all company GMP's.
Monitor adherence to all safety and sanitation practices and procedures.
Initiate position rotation.
Designate breaks for team members.
Complete all required documentation within their assigned area.
Report all team member and/or operational issues or incidents to the Team Leader and/or Shift Leader immediately.
Perform all related duties as assigned.
