Job Summary

The Lead Team Member Production is responsible for the Standard Operating Procedures within the department in the absence of the Team Leader and/or Shift Leader. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and direct team member's efforts, within their designated area, to insure an orderly and efficient operation. 

  • Monitor adherence to all company work rules and policies. 

  • Monitor adherence to all company GMP's. 

  • Monitor adherence to all safety and sanitation practices and procedures. 

  • Initiate position rotation. 

  • Designate breaks for team members. 

  • Complete all required documentation within their assigned area. 

  • Report all team member and/or operational issues or incidents to the Team Leader and/or Shift Leader immediately. 

  • Perform all related duties as assigned.
