Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential
Join Amcor as a Production Support Associate and play a key role in supporting Press or Finishing operations. In this role, you’ll assist with machine operations, material handling, packing and labeling finished products, and ensuring assigned production areas are stocked, organized, and running efficiently. You’ll contribute to a safe, high-quality, team-driven manufacturing environment focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
(Assignment to Press or Finishing.)

Pay: $19.67 – $20.75 per hour, based on experience
Night Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour (where applicable)
Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week
Bonus: Eligible for bonus program based on plant performance

What you’ll do:
Follow Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality systems to maintain a safe workplace and ensure high-quality products
Support assigned Press or Finishing operations with machine operation, setups, and production activities
Pack, label, and palletize finished rolls or products according to work order specifications
Stage, transport, and replenish materials, supplies, and packaging to support continuous production
Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts as required
Assist with work orders, production paperwork, and documentation
Identify, report, and escalate quality defects or process issues
Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas by removing debris and scrap materials
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
One year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
Basic computer, math, and measurement skills
Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions
Willingness to work day or night shift as assigned
Ability to work effectively and professionally in a team environment
