How you’ll make an impact
Lead daily production activities with safety as the top priority
Ensure work is completed to quality standards and customer requirements
Execute production plans to meet output, delivery, and efficiency targets
Allocate labor and resources to address shifting priorities
Monitor performance and escalate issues that impact production
Support continuous improvement using Lean and data-driven methods
Coach, develop, and engage team members through regular feedback
Partner with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
3–5+ years of manufacturing experience
Previous people leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement
Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
