How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive a culture of safety, quality, and integrity across the production floor.

  • Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to your team.

  • Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.

  • Ensure production schedules align with demand plans and inventory levels.

  • Oversee equipment safety and schedule regular maintenance.

  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions for better performance.

  • Manage critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.

  • Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 5 years of production leadership experience.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource planning.

  • Bilingual proficiency (English 70% required).

  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
