Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Darien, Wisconsin Full time

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead and develop production team members while driving safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations at the Darien, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily production execution, identify and resolve process issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety, quality, cost, and customer service performance. You will foster an engaged, team‑oriented workforce that consistently delivers results.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
2/2/3 schedule pattern

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Lead production team members to achieve daily production, quality, and cost targets.
  • Monitor production performance to confirm standards for safety, quality, productivity, and cost are met.
  • Identify process issues or bottlenecks and lead structured, team‑based problem solving to resolution.
  • Support daily production planning and deliver line performance against plan.
  • Drive execution of standard work and daily direction‑setting activities.
  • Lead shift handoff meetings to share performance results, priorities, and plans between shifts.
  • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to support employee development and performance improvement.
  • Evaluate performance and contribute to ongoing talent development and engagement.
  • Enforce plant rules, regulations, and operating procedures.
  • Support sanitation activities as needed to maintain a clean, food‑safe environment.
  • Promote and support plant and company safety programs, including adherence to defined safety requirements.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience in food processing or food manufacturing is a plus.

You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size. This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
