What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily aggregate production activities, including crushing, screening, and material handling operations, to meet safety, quality, and production targets
Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company standards
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among all team members
What Are We Looking For
Aggregate experience preferred; heavy manufacturing, construction materials, or comparable industrial operations will be considered
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams
Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions
Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of operations
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
Work Environment
This role operates in an aggregate manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
