Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and automotive industry standards.
Monitor production performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and productivity.
Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, control plans, and work instructions.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Engineering departments to resolve production issues.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
Manage shift handovers and maintain accurate production reports.
Ensure proper staffing levels and workforce planning.
Promote a safe and positive work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
Recent graduate with internship experience
Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and production processes.
Leadership and team management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Flexible to work rotating shifts
