Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop production team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (IATF 16949, ISO, and internal procedures).
Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, scrap, downtime) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem-solving activities.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to resolve production issues.
Ensure proper staffing, training, and skill coverage across shifts.
Prepare production reports and communicate performance results to management
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
