Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of production employees on 3rd shift at our Kent, WA facility. You will drive process improvements, ensure production goals are met, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will create an engaged, team-oriented workforce to deliver strong business results. 

Your Impact

  • Monitor production to maintain quality, productivity, and cost standards. 
  • Train and coach employees to ensure effective performance of job responsibilities. 
  • Support sanitation operations to maintain a clean and food-safe environment. 
  • Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures. 
  • Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans. 
  • Promote and maintain safety programs, including lock-out/tag-out, PPE, and confined space entry. 
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and process issues. 
  • Ensure resources such as materials, equipment, and staffing are available to meet schedules. 

Your Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or related fields preferred. 
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or food-processing environment preferred. 
  • SAP experience is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, GMPs, and plant safety standards. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
  • Willingness to work weekends and shift schedules with a strong work ethic. 
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task while leading others.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
