What You'll Be Doing
Lead safe and efficient shift production activities across sand and gravel operations
Guide and support team members to meet production goals and quality standards
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate timely maintenance needs
Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with operating procedures
Foster a positive, safety-focused work culture through clear communication and accountability
Shift Hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
What Are We Looking For
Background in aggregates/sand and gravel
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, industrial production environment
Strong commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement
Capability to troubleshoot operational challenges and make sound decisions
Effective communication skills to coordinate across teams and shifts
Comfort working with production systems, equipment, and reporting tools
Critical Skills and Experience
Demonstrated ability to oversee production processes and maintain operational flow
Skill in identifying and resolving equipment or process issues in real time
Experience supporting or leading teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment setting
Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
Proficiency in using production reporting tools, logs, or digital systems
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Approximately 3–5 years of experience in production, mining, aggregates, or a similar industrial environment
Work Environment
Industrial outdoor environment with exposure to varying weather conditions
Frequent walking, climbing, and standing around heavy equipment
Personal protective equipment required and provided
Night shift schedule with occasional extended hours based on operational needs
Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and navigate uneven terrain throughout the shift
Capacity to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 pounds as needed
Comfort working around moving machinery, elevated areas, and confined spaces
Ability to visually and audibly monitor equipment, alarms, and surrounding activity
Stamina to perform physical tasks in varying temperatures and weather conditions
Ability to operate a company vehicle as part of daily site responsibilities

$85,000-$95,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan
