Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Job Summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead the 1st Shift production team at our Russellville, AR facility to achieve production and quality goals. You will identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes, ensure resources such as materials, equipment, and staffing are available, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service. You will foster an engaged, team-oriented workforce while managing multiple responsibilities to deliver outstanding results.

Your Impact

• Monitor production to maintain quality, productivity, and cost standards across shifts.
• Provide training to ensure employees perform their responsibilities effectively.
• Oversee sanitation operations to maintain a clean and food-safe environment.
• Enforce company rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Evaluate team performance, communicate expectations, and guide improvement efforts.
• Support plant and company safety programs, ensuring compliance with requirements such as lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment, and confined space entry.

Your Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science fields preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and loss elimination.
• Must be available to rotate to other shifts or areas periodically.

Compensation: 

Annual Base Salary: $63,000.00 - $80,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
