Summary
Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases. Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements. Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules.
Job Description
Works in back with pumps to finish off on inserts, loaded inserts, and back-end inventory handling. Updates basic signal logs and clears tube backlogs to finished goods. Get groundwork for ECO’s to change material and usage. Corrects material and helps with scrap and transactions.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
Experience Level with Business Tools
- Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

Typical Education and Experience
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 2 – 3 years of related experience
Responsibilities:
- Backend tubes priorities/routing
- Basic cycle counting and leads team with cycle counts
- Updates signal for backend areas
- Final review when needed
- Checks with backend shortages
- Fills inventory bins when needed
- Moves stock to and from 12 excess
- Monthly backend tube vs signal count
- Scrap backend parts and tubes
- MES corrections and inv fixes
- Lifts up to 30-50 pounds boxes and large boxes
- Moves and stocks locations in IXT
- Operate pallet jacks and forklift
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without an accommodation.
- Heavy that will occasionally require employee to lift/move up to 45 lbs. and frequently lift more than 15 lbs. to greater than 35 lbs.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving heavy equipment and/or supplies frequently.
- Reaching above and below the shoulder frequently.
- Above-average agility and dexterity with the ability to hold, grasp and manipulate small parts and use hand and power tools occasionally..
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and handle physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, repetitive motion, or similar activities.
- Work environments include exposure to chemicals, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working from heights.
