The Production Quallity Engineer will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Demonstrate your ability to lead a winning team and manage the daily manufacturing operations of lines or shifts to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and cost objectives.
What You Will Do:
To assist in implementing new EBS system in the Production area, be a hands-on team member to ensure all required steps and data are posted accurately in EBS system. Work closely with production operators, leaders, management staff and co-workers to ensure the establishment of production processes as per EBS standard, implementation and continuous improvement of processes in Production area. Collect production data, perform transactions in EBS system and ensure data accuracy in the system. Develop and conduct regular audits. Determine the root cause of data failure, and recommend changes in design or processing methods.
