YOUR ROLE
Analyze existing production and business processes to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.
Design, develop, and maintain tools supporting data collection, processing, and visualization (Excel/VBA, Power Platform, Python).
Automate reports, data flows, and repetitive office processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
Build and enhance dashboards and analytical tools to support production and management decision-making.
Collaborate closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to gather requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
Support initiatives related to data analytics, process optimization, and the use of AI-enabled digital tools.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors during implementation of improvement projects.
Standardize business and production-related processes and promote best practices across the organization.
Document developed tools, solutions, and processes to ensure sustainability and scalability
YOUR BACKGROUND
Very good command of English (working in an international environment).
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query, with experience in report automation.
Practical experience with VBA/macros, including process automation and simple user interfaces.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data processing and automation (e.g. pandas)
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Intermediate knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and draw actionable insights.
Technological curiosity, including an interest in work automation and openness to using AI‑powered tools to support office work
Basic technical knowledge, including understanding (or willingness to learn) production processes, a logical problem‑solving approach, and basic database skills (e.g. SQL – nice to have)
