As a Production Planning Manager, you will lead a team of four planners and oversee the planning activities for an assigned production segment. You will ensure timely processing of customer orders, manage project execution, optimize inventory parameters, and support company targets such as OTD, OVD, and Inventory. Your leadership will directly influence production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

As a Production Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing the production planning team (4 planners)

  • Planning production for the assigned segment and ensuring workflow efficiency

  • Processing customer orders on time and confirming delivery dates in the internal system

  • Managing assigned projects, monitoring progress, and presenting achieved results

  • Setting and maintaining correct inventory parameters (Safety Stock, Lead Time, TRLT, MOQ, etc.)

  • Driving company targets for OTD, OVD, and Inventory through proactive monitoring and actions

  • Leading operational meetings focused on priorities, deadlines, and customer order requirements

  • Preparing reports, monitoring performance, and training employees in planning processes

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Bring experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team‑management skills

  • Have excellent organizational and analytical abilities

  • Understand planning systems, inventory parameters, and production workflows

  • Communicate effectively across departments and with stakeholders

  • Be proactive, independent, and focused on achieving operational targets

  • Be comfortable presenting results and leading meetings
