Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
To assist the PPC Lead Engineer Operation in managing aircraft check package review and preparations prior check induction. Assisting in the planning and coordination of scheduled tasks, and ensuring resource readiness and compliance with airworthiness standards. Acts as a liaison between ADE Part 145 and the Operator’s CAMO to support effective planning of upcoming hangar checks.
Responsibilities :
● Assisting PPC LEO to manage reviews of scheduled hangar maintenance checks (C-Check, 6 & 12-Year Checks), verifying task readiness and ensuring alignment with aircraft maintenance schedules.
● To plan and implement Process Improvements within the Review and Job Preparation Section.
● To ensure the PPC Technician (Reviewer) assigned to a check package is able to perform the review within the deadlines set and to discuss with PPC LEO or PPC Manager for remedial measures in the event of missed deadlines.
● Coordinate closely with internal departments and CAMO to confirm the availability of required manpower, material and documentation prior to task execution.
● Ensure all maintenance task package preparations are completed in a timely manner prior to check induction.
● Highlight and escalate any discrepancies found in task documentation to the Lead Engineer during scheduled maintenance task reviews.
● To ensure the review and job preparation process and output is consistent with the established guidelines
● Assist PPC LEO to manage 3rd Party check inductions as point of contact with Customer representatives prior to check induction.
● Assist PPC LEO to manage and delegate RFP reviews within the Reviewer Team.
● Perform any additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior in support of operational goals.
Requirements:
● Qualification: i) CAAM Part 66 License Holder / EASA License Holder / Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or related field, AND ii) More than 5 years experience with In-depth knowledge of aviation MRO processes and quality control standards in accordance with Part 145 regulations.
● Experience : Min 5 years hands-on experience working with various types of new generation commercial aircraft, preferably on A320/A330 family.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments and regulatory bodies.
● Strong mathematical and analytical skills to evaluate data and optimize production schedules.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.
● Proficiency in using AMOS & Airbus Maintenance Manual
● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
● A deadline-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational goals.
● Leadership experience in related fields is a plus
