Production Planner & Supervisior

Your role

The Production Planner & Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring effective production planning, execution, and on-time delivery in our new production facility in Dołuje near Szczecin, Poland.

This fully on-site position is responsible for reprocessing customer orders, preparing production plans and job orders, and supervising the execution of production orders. The role also involves setting and monitoring team objectives to deliver specific results, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through close cooperation with the Production Manager as well as Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and R&D functions.

Your accountabilities:

Operational Team supervision

·Support the Deputy Production Manager in day-to-day operational activities

·Supervise the Production Team in production plan execution and labor planning

·Identify production misalignments and support corrective and preventive actions

·Prepare and analyze data for KPI reporting, production statistics, and plan fulfillment

·Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

·Ensure site compliance with 5S standards, EHS, and ISO requirements

·Optimize production planning and manufacturing processes

Production process planning and supervision

·Transfer customer orders into the ERP system

·Prepare production plans based on orders, forecasts, and available data

·Maintain and update the ERP system

·Create job orders for specific parts, processes, and finished goods

·Respond to production feedback to ensure effective plan execution

·Support production in on-time delivery and shipment activities

·Cooperate with Purchasing to secure raw material availability

·Cooperate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to support standard, test, and R&D production

·Prepare, monitor, and report KPIs within the scope of responsibility

·Identify, assess, and mitigate production-related risks

What you need to succeed:

• Technical vocational degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a production or operations environment

• Experience with Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies

• Strong understanding of workflow coordination, production planning and operational standards

• Fluency in English and Polish

• Willingness to travel to different production sites
