This position will be onsite at 6100 Romona Blvd, Houston, TX 77086.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Generates production schedules and prioritizes work orders to ensure production optimization.
Adjusts schedules according to work order specifications, material, machines, equipment, and staffing.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan, and facilitate on-time materials to the production line and avoid disruptions to production.
Prepares documentation related to production sequences, transportation, staffing schedules, and purchase, maintenance, and repair orders as necessary
Evaluates production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator load.
YOU HAVE:
In-depth knowledge and experience in own discipline
Solves a range of complex problems takes a new perspective using existing solutions
Works Independently, Receives minimum guidance and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Has wide latitude for independent judgement
Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. (Or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Working knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and costs preferred, knowledge of general manufacturing facilities health and safety policies and procedures preferred.
