1. Manage & drive OSATs delivery performance & inventory /WIP status.
2. Work with OSATs support ADI business requirement/expectation.
3. OSAT strategy management (identify constraint , propose solution and execute plan)

Manage die loading to subcons Manage assembly & test subcons performance.
Manage subcon monthly forecast committed allocation & negotiation
