The role:

As a Process Control Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Provide immediate process support in the factory to minimize downtime and rejects. Ensure all processing issues are investigated and ensure improvement actions are identified, recorded, and implemented

  • Identifying areas that need process optimization and driving process innovation in collaboration with the rest of engineering team

  • Performing troubleshooting tasks, analyzing processes, implementing improvements

  • Participate in/lead trials, product validations and plant commissioning as required, contributing with support and guidelines

  • Ensure all customer and internal quality requirements are always met    

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Bachelor engineering degree level of qualifications (preferred in chemical engineering but it is not crucial)

  • Ideally 2-3 years of working experience in a chemical process environment

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective working relations

  • Efficient organization and planning skills, structure problem solving approach

  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines

  • Fluency in English written and spoken

  • Usage of IT Programs (MS Office) and basic understanding of data analysis with willingness to learn quickly

  • Highly developed communication skills
