Compensation:

Starting pay: $26.78/hr
7% night shift premium and weekend premium

General Responsibilities:

• Document work according to standards and follow written and verbal directions.
• Summarize observations and activities effectively.
• Learn and execute basic job operations, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate basic mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, acknowledging and building on each other's contributions.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, health, and security protocols consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the work area.
• Report any potential risks or deviations promptly to supervision.
• Participate actively in training and adhere to company policies.

General Requirements:

• Preferred prior experience in chemical manufacturing.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License is required
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ascend/descend stairs, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working in high noise/high-temperature environments.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including days and/or nights.
• Willingness to work 3 day on 3 day off shift schedule
• Able to handle hazardous materials and adhere to safety protocols.
