Production Officer

Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Full time

You will supervise production activities in a manufacturing environment in Pakistan. You will lead small teams to deliver safe, timely, and high-quality products. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality systems, and safety requirements.
- Lead and coach production technicians, including training on standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with engineering for preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and support SAP or other system postings for inventory and labor.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and key performance indicators.

Education, Skills and Experience
- Degree in Pharm-D or Graduation in Science is required for this role.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical packing or production role.
- Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment.
- Practical knowledge of production documentation and batch record management.
- Experience using SAP or similar systems and basic MS Office skills.
- Understanding of EHS principles and safe working practices.
- Previous experience supervising production or packaging teams.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
