Production Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Production Manager based in London, you are the engine behind Peloton’s world-class content. Reporting to the Global Director of Production Management, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of diverse productions—from high-energy studio classes to large-scale asset shoots. You are a strategic operator who balances creative vision with operational rigor, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the elite standard our global community expects.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
  • Lead the production of Content Programming, Partnerships/Music, Marketing, Apparel, Ecommerce, and Promotional Assets
  • Manage technical and logistical workflows to meet tight deadlines while maintaining Peloton’s high-quality standards
  • Guarantee the seamless coordination of studio activities, technical resources, and operational requirements
  • Arrange locations, permits, and transportation for cast and crew for off-site shoots as required
  • Develop and monitor production budgets, track expenses, and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage vendor onboarding in partnership with Finance, Legal, and Procurement; ensure timely invoicing and expense management
  • Partner closely with PT&O (Production, Technology & Operations), Instructor Strategy, and Marketing to ensure all project requirements are met
  • Host production calls and provide clear, regular verbal and written updates on project status, budgets, and timelines
  • Support the development of production protocols to drive efficiency, challenge the status quo, and ensure continuous improvement
  • Proactively manage and mitigate risks related to schedules and budgets; serve as the main escalation point for complex production conflicts
  • Work closely with the US Production Management team to ensure operational and documentation alignment for global projects
  • Assist UK Content Operations and Production Scheduling teams with cross-functional initiatives, resourcing, and coverage as needed
  • Lead and mentor Production Coordinator/s, delegating tasks effectively and focusing on their long-term career growth
  • Promote a growth mindset and an innovative atmosphere that values creativity and high-pressure problem-solving
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones to provide support, feedback, and professional guidance
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • 4+ years of leadership in production management, specifically within live broadcast, studio operations, or large-scale media
  • A proven track record of managing multiple high-priority lifecycles simultaneously with impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to distill complex updates for diverse stakeholders and make high-stakes, time-sensitive decisions under pressure
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and PM tools like Asana or Monday.com
  • A deep understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and global production logistics
