Now we’re looking for a Production Manager to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in Milton Keynes, UK and report to the Factory Manager and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.

Your role in the blend

We’re looking for a Production Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and lead our production team to new heights.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • for implementing, maintain & follow up on health & safety requirements
  • to ensure quality and food safety in production in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • for the cleanliness of the factory and the cleaning processes
  • for production process runs efficient according to set cost
  • that production plans are followed & agreed service are meet.
  • for resource/ shift planning
  • for people and team training and development plans
  • for setting performance goals & conducting performance evaluation
  • to drive the process of continuous improvement for the factory to improve output and/or decrease cost
  • to consider the environmental impact of any actions and improvements in production
  • contribute to deployment of the Paulig Operating System.
  • for the production budget

Your key ingredients

To succeed in this role, you likely have Leadership and People development:

  • Responsible for Shift Leaders and Performance management processes and wow are implemented and followed
  • To act according to Paulig values and leadership principles, and actively promoting and implementing these
  • Member of Factory Leadership Team
  • Contribute to the Supply Chain & Operation strategy and functional business planning
