You, as Production Manager, will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising all aspects related to manufacturing, whether it is finished product, subassembly and automated areas. It must ensure the efficient use of equipment, materials, personnel and other resources in the aforementioned areas in accordance with the assigned budget; to align with the regulations and procedures established in quality, finance, health and safety, government and internal policies. This position provides direct support to the General Manager for adequate decision-making in their areas. Part of their role involves the development of their area based on thoughtful planning and value creation.
To be agents in cultural changes that seek to promote compliance with quality requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Drive ICare initiatives across the organization. Ensure the availability of the vital tools for the resolution of problems that may affect the quality, safety or effectiveness of the product or the regulatory consistency of the process. Continuously seek regulatory excellence inside their groups Securing the resources and decision-making vital for effective EHS management. Communicate the importance of EHS management, as well as support other roles in achieving EHS-related objectives. In addition, engage in tasks associated with EHS and continuously promote improvement in the culture of Safety Know. Ensure that their Work Teams follow the EHS standards and procedures set by legal or corporate requirements. Support EHS management at all level. They support the organization and strengthen the Safety Culture from their role. They promote it within their groups and ensure resources and active participation to achieve EHS objectives and goals.
1. Ensure the improvement of production systems, methods and processes with the aim of reducing operational costs and generating made valuable contributions to the product.
2. Supervise and coordinate activities related to the manufacturing process, controlling the optimal use of resources.
3. Raise in a timely manner and guarantee that any situation that impacts personnel, products or processes is accurately handled.
4. Maintain the performance indicators at a good level consistent with the established goals. Such as efficiency, compliance with hours, indirect hours, quality indicators, scrap, safety, among others. To this end, it must guarantee the proper functioning of the meetings of Tiers of the productive areas.
5. Ensure, in conjunction with other departments, compliance with regulatory, financial, safety, or other applicable requirements in manufacturing processes.
6. Total administration of the department's personnel through the different levels of supervisors that promote a good work environment and associate happiness, for the different categories of personnel both exempt and scheduled.
7. Engage in preparing and estimating the budget for the area under responsibility. Base this on production forecasts and projects or changes encouraged in the future.
8. Control execution. Carry out the financial and qualitative benefit analyses associated with the projects proposed or in execution.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Chemical, Industrial or another related branch) 5 years of validated experience in manufacturing industry Minimum experience of 5 years in personnel management Knowledge of finances and costs. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools. Knowledge in partnership, indicators, root cause analysis, gamba walk, 6s. English B2+
