As Production Logistics Team Leader, you'll oversee material movement and storage in a warehouse or production facility. You'll ensure that materials are stored, distributed, and delivered correctly to meet production schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, receiving, warehousing, and distributing materials
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that materials are properly labeled and stored.
- Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Developing and implementing procedures to improve material handling processes.
- Training and mentoring less experienced material handlers. Inventory Turnover Rate

- Weeks on Hand Experience - Have experience in material handling or a related field
- Competency - Be able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Compensation and Benefits:
- The salary for this role will range from 40,000.00 to 60,000.00 annually based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.
- Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
