As a Logistics Supervisor, you will ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. You will oversee your team and ensure that shipments are timely and accurate. You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Supervising the logistics team and ensuring that all team members are meeting their performance targets.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and on time.
Developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintaining accurate records of all shipments and inventory levels, and ensuring all stock is accounted for.
Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that all equipment is properly maintained. On-time delivery

Shipment Accuracy Education - Possess knowledge and experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant area.
Experience - Be knowledgeable about transportation regulations and compliance requirements
Skill - Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Skill - Possess effective leadership and communication skills.
Skill - Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other logistics software. Timely Decision Making - Makes decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure; able to make a quick decision.
