Team overview and job responsibilities
We are looking for Production Operator to join our Production team. Based in Piedras Negras-Mexico, the candidate will be responsible for the use and operation of the assigned production line, following the procedures established by the company, maintaining order and respect for teams, colleagues and superiors, in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations.
Job responsibilities
Meet the goals of Quality, Production and Safety.
Inspect the fiber according to the inspection and test methods defined in the control plan.
Release and confirm the production order that meets the defined specifications.
Ensure that non-conforming material is labeled, segregated and disposed of according to procedures.
Respect and comply with safety rules, as well as the Internal Work Regulations throughout the plant.
Participate in the preventive maintenance of its production lines by carrying out cleaning and lubrication activities,
Inform the maintenance area when any damage is detected and / or any irregularity is detected.
Work as a team, and who is empowered according to the relevant certification procedures, train new members.
Support in activities designated by the production leader and / or higher.
Provide support in search of corrective and preventive actions, as well as in continuous improvement actions.
Who are we looking for?
• Schooling: Minimum secondary
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in manufacturing/maquila.
