Production Line Operator

This level of work applies to time served (apprentice or in-role) operating (but not interrogating/programming) high complexity or quality critical processes under clearly defined production processes and procedures. Focuses on daily and weekly activities. Performance of multiple activities specific in objective and content.

• 遵守公司员工手册及各项规章制度。
• 遵守安全生产规章制度，严格执行应急响应程序,积极参与公司安全检查、安全培训以及安全会议等。
• 执行公司质量体系要求的各项内容。
• 能够读取产品规范，并根据相应参数设置现场设备（喷码、贴标等）
• 熟知生产异常品判断规范和处置措施并严格执行。
• 完成生产过程和开线前/后的各类表单填写，并完整有效。
• 生产过程中，根据程序要求对产品进行在线检查，同时要对每一个样品作好跟踪记录。
• 对每一个流水线下来的产品都要按照检验规范进行认真和细致的质量检验，并做好相关记录。
• 监视生产设备仪表上的数据，发现异常情况能初步判断并处理后向主管汇报。
• 根据生产的需求，利用车辆设备等在生产区域内移动原料，半成品和成品。
• 根据作业指导书完成离线品处置/记录和返工作业。
• 轮班时能够完成岗位上的有效交接工作。
• 清理和保持工作区域的场地清洁，物品堆放整洁。
• 在工作区域内，按照要求完成机器设备的自主保养。如需要，在职责内配合维修人员维修和保养设备。
• 能独立进行现场特殊作业的监护。
• 及时完成PSMO和生产区域MCE场景培训。
• 在合理的指导下，承担员工技能和能力范围内的其他职责。
