Working in our Civil Aerospace business, you’ll be leading the teams responsible for making the world-famous parts and engines we’re known for.
Responsibilities:
Focusing on safety and compliance, ensure all work follows procedures and meets standards while fostering a safety-first culture.
Driving a zero-defects mindset by reducing risks, improving processes, and enhancing team skills.
Leading, developing and motivating a large team to build a skilled and effective workforce.
Optimising cost, delivery, and quality to enhance production performance and operational efficiency.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth by streamlining processes to drive excellence.

The role is likely to include working shift patterns as our facility runs 24/7.
