This posting is for one 1st Shift Production Lead III position with the primary responsibility for the MAP MOD 1 Filling and Freeze Dry team

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High School Diploma or GED
3 + years as a Production II , OR
9+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration on tasks
Proven capability to create and revise operational procedures
Ability to work independently or in groups effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
A Bachelor's Degree
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent time in both manufacturing and office environments. The manufacturing environment includes equipment with moving parts.
Must be able to perform gowning requirements for entry in the manufacturing areas.
Requires lifting, sitting, standing, walking, pushing and stair climbing
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
MAP 1st shift operations will operate on an 8 hour shift schedule (7am-3:30pm) with some evening and occasional weekend overtime
Office environment, with frequent time in the manufacturing areas.
Possible exposure to high noise environments, solvents, and pharmaceutical ingredients.
Workers may be exposed to Electromagnetic Fields within this position.
Use of hearing and eye protection is required.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
