Your New Role

        Adult Swim is seeking a Production Finance Manager to support the Digital Shorts Program and the Production Finance Department.  This position reports directly to the VP of Production Finance and collaborates with Production teams, Production Finance and Accounting teams in Atlanta and Burbank, Corporate Finance and Accounting departments, and Legal/Business Affairs.  Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment are critical.

        Key responsibilities include managing production data in enterprise systems, overseeing production payments, reconciliation of production subledgers to the corporate balance sheet, cost reporting, forecasting and analysis.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Establishes and maintains 50+ projects in all enterprise and financial systems from development to greenlight to wrap

  • Manages onboarding of third-party suppliers and oversees milestone payments, including international hedge funding, and production incentive tracking

  • Generates cost reports, ensuring all studio and network costs are accurately reflected, adjusts ETCs, circulates for approval and archiving

  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly reconciliation of subledger to company balance sheet

  • Forecasts monthly spending, tracks and reports actuals, and communicates variances to key stakeholders

  • Manages Production Finance contracts database for third-party and digital shorts programs

  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

  • Experience with industry-standard digital systems/software: SAP S/4 Hana, Oracle, MS Office Suite, Movie Magic Budgeting, GreenSlate, and Adobe

  • Commitment to accuracy, ability to work independently, and foster strong working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds

  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under deadlines and time constraints

  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel

  • Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,300.00 - $154,700.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
