Southaven, MS - Monday-Friday - 6:00am-2:30pm

As a Production Expeditor/Scheduler at Genie, based in, you'll play a pivotal role in working with suppliers over the phone expediting backorder resolution.
What you’ll do
Liaison with Customer Service to expedite orders that have hung-up in the system due to account errors, credit card failures, wrong address, and other problems with processing through Ship Console.
Respond to requests from Sales to expedite orders for machine-down customer issues.
Process Serial Labels:
Maintain the serial label log.
Retrieve labels off the printer and match them with the proper documentation, (TCR & Pack List)
Print labels to be delivered to Outbound by Sales & Marketing team.
Deliver same to small parcel for shipment.
Process PCB orders
Maintain PCB log of orders sent to Fab for programming.
Print PCB orders and deliver to Fab drop-off tray.
Log issues that Fab has with PCB instructions.
Liaison with CSR regarding know issues.
Daily tracking of Open Order report
Determine root cause of open orders.
Notify owners of root cause
Own what you can and follow-up through order Interface in TMS
Maintain list of root cause owners and follow-up results; deliver list to warehouse management.
Process Crate Tech orders
Email Crate Tech orders the same day they are received off the printer.
Maintain list of said orders, being sure each is processed in a timely fashion.
Close orders as they are shipped.
Be the main point of contact for Crate Tech
Process Serial Plate orders
When Consolidation delivers the Serial Plate documentation, email AWP Quality with proper information to have serial plate attached.
When Quality has completed their installation, deliver documentation to LTL Team Lead for picking and final shipment.
Monitor Offsite Log and liaison with Buyers for timely closure of drop shipments from Moses Lake.
Be the main point of contact for this process.
What you’ll bring
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to remain organized, manage time and properly engage with suppliers and team members within Terex / Genie.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Oracle.
Previous experience expediting parts.

The salary range for this position is $26.15 to $35.96/hour.
