About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to join our Liquid Phase Manufacturing team, responsible for producing important System Reagents for diagnostics testing.
As a Production Engineer you will collaborate closely with the three production teams within Liquid Phase to ensure that the ongoing activities will have the right priority.
You are going to be an important part of the team, representing the 3 different departments. You will be acting as a leader in activities that are focused on driving towards higher capacity of the machines and providing a better environment and processes for the laborants and operators. You will manage the ‘road map’ covering activities for equipment growth and projects focused on ensuring delivery of planned products in the future. You will also be the team responsible for the chemical usage and impact on the work environment.

Skills, abilities and qualifications:
You have a university degree in industrial or chemical engineering or similar work-related experience. You have worked according to QSR and ISO. Experience of technical and supporting work within the pharmaceutical/medical technology industry is a requirement:
Outstanding Good Manufacturing Practices knowledge.
Work well independently, and in team environments with excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective time management and prioritization skills. Confident in decision-making, strong attention to details and great follow-up skills.
Knowledge about chemicals' impact on exposure and the environment.
Excellent communication skills to all levels within the organization and highly effective verbal and written communication in Swedish and English.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
