Summary
Extensive hands-on experience with both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole (THT) assembly lines in high-volume, High-Mix Low Volume manufacturing environments, Responsible for Effective utilisation of Production Crews & optimizing, monitoring, and troubleshooting PCB assembly processes, ensuring the highest levels of quality, Throughput, yield. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

Job Description
Your Role –
- Take ownership of all SMT PCB Assembly Operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met across all shifts.
- Identify Process related defects and provide immediate technical support to continue production by identifying the root causes and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor and ensure the Production KPI’s (key Performance Indicators) are consistently achieved.
- Basic knowledge of SMT equipment programming, Preparing the Solder paste Printer programs and Reflow Thermal Profiling.
- Managing the Production Changeovers quickly by transferring / editing of relevant Recipes.
- Monitoring Open Work Order and keep track of aging work Orders.
- Ensure ESD compliance and shopfloor discipline.
- Shift scheduling and manpower allocation.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or quality issues.
- Continuous improvement initiatives and kaizens
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Conducting on job Training to new operators
- Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and editing of relevant technical documents.
- Organizes and conducts meetings with cross functional teams as and when required.
- Documents work/deliverables according to the company standards, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485

Required Certifications and Training
- Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
Experience Level with Business Tools
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
