Production Designer

Location: [Remote]
Team: Brand & Marketing
Compensation: $90K-$100K
Type: Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working within established design systems, and takes pride in executing consistent, high-quality work. You’ll be the go-to for producing a variety of on-brand deliverables—from digital banner ads to slide decks and sales collateral—using existing templates and asset libraries.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who’s early in their career building technical mastery or someone more experienced who prefers production over concepting. You’ll work closely with our designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure every touchpoint is polished, consistent, and on-brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute production-ready design assets using pre-existing templates and brand libraries
  • Create and update marketing and internal materials including slide decks, digital ads, one-pagers, and internal documents
  • Resize, reformat, and version design files for multiple platforms and channels
Ensure visual consistency and technical accuracy across all outputs
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to meet fast-paced production timelines
  • Organize and maintain Figma libraries and file structures for accessibility and clarity

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in a design or production-heavy role
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), Microsoft Suite (esp. PowerPoint and Excel in the context of Data Vis), Google Suite (esp. Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets in the context of Data Vis)
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual consistency
  • Familiarity with working in established design systems and templates
  • Excellent file hygiene, organization, and version control
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize efficiently

A calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
Bonus: Experience with basic motion graphics or templated video edits (e.g., After Effects or Canva Pro)

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401K with company match (100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%)
  • Fully Paid Parental Leave - 18 weeks for birthing parents, 12 weeks for non-birthing parents
  • Phone and internet stipend
  • Wellness, learning, and coworking reimbursements
  • Flexible work hours
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 11 paid holidays and December holiday closure
  • Annual In-Person Event
  • The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 USD
