Production Department Manager – Powder Filling
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Senior Front Line Leader to oversee multi-shift operations and lead a team of Front Line Leaders in delivering high-quality products. What You’ll Work On
Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor Front Line Leaders across multiple shifts to ensure consistent performance, operational alignment, and engagement. Oversee staffing, training, and performance management for manufacturing teams.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company quality systems and global regulatory standards, including FDA 21 CFR and international requirements for Infant Formula. Champion product quality and compliance initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Drive financial and operational performance through cost management, budget oversight, and monitoring key metrics (OEE, labor, downtime, units per hour, CIP, material usage). Develop and execute plans to improve line performance using continuous improvement methodologies.
Culture & Safety: Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement while promoting operator involvement in cost and performance management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
Experience in project planning and execution.
Strong understanding of process control and continuous improvement practices
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing work environment.
Experience utilizing project planning and execution tools.
Knowledge of FDA – 21 CFR and other regulatory requirements for Infant Formula

The base pay for this position is
$99,300.00 – $198,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
