Production Coordinator (Story) - Series

SUMMARY:

The Story Coordinator supports the Producer and Production Manager (PM) with administrative and department coordination specific to the Story department.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend story meetings, take notes, and distribute them in a timely manner
  • Assist with scheduling review sessions when needed
  • Provide accurate data entry and updating data in Sparky
  • Maintain and update tracking documents for story/editorial
  • Attend and take notes during editorial reviews as needed
  • Maintain organized production files within specific directory structures
  • Assist with booking theater for screenings rooms 
  • Assist the Script Coordinator in updating Sparky and prepping for records (when needed)
  • File production script pages 
  • Keep Producer and PM informed by providing accurate and timely information
  • Handle room preparation for screenings and meetings
  • Publish director-approved sequences, in Sparky, to editorial
  • Ensure that story artists have the latest visual development designs and script pages
  • Order office supplies for the department
  • Help with coffee/meal runs, when needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast paced department
  • Able to work independently and set appropriate priorities
  • Take direction when needed and also take the initiative where applicable

 

The anticipated base salary for this position is $25/hour to $31/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
