Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a talented Production Coordinator who is highly organized and passionate about supporting the Design Department, specifically Game Data Development.
This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s state-of-the-art game development studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.
WHAT WE DO
- The Rockstar Game Data Development team define, design, and implement the telemetry tracking required for behavioral game analysis.
- We work collaboratively with every department to maintain and manage the behavioral telemetry tracking for each project, designing, and implementing to the highest standard.
- We define and manage interdepartmental processes to ensure our game data goals are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter, monitor and manage task tickets to help maximize efficiency within the Game Data Development team, clearing any blockers and ensuring work is prioritized correctly.
- Manage communication channels, keeping the Game Data Development team connected to all other teams, departments, and disciplines.
- Work with Analytics Production, Design Production and other Production teams to keep the Game Data Development team linked to project schedules and priorities.
- Collate, create and maintain documentation for the team, from a variety of sources, ensuring accessibility for other departments.
- Manage competing and shifting priorities effectively, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed of project status/changes.
- Scheduling and administrative support for the team including booking meetings, summarizing action points and following up with stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in a Production role in the games industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and technical information in a simple and understandable manner.
- Expertise with the Microsoft Office suite, with particular proficiency in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
- Eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools.
PLUSES

- Passion for video games.
- Understand the importance of data integrity and have general knowledge of data quality assurance.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
- Experience using project management software such as JIRA, Confluence and Monday.com
- Knowledge of Perforce or other version control software.
