Job Title: Production Coordinator
Reporting To: Senior Producer
Department: Mobile Production
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Your Mission
As a Production Coordinator you will assist our Mobile Production team in achieving our quality and creative goals for Call of Duty: Mobile. You will work closely with our Product Managers and Producers to maintain milestone schedules, track feature and content status, and communicate team progress to the rest of the studio. The Production Coordinator will gain insight into our AAA game production processes and play a key role in facilitating those processes to provide our larger team with what they need to excel.
This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.
What you bring to the table
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Capture meeting notes and action items
Create and update Jira tickets
Monitor production deadlines and priorities
Coordinate workflows between internal and external partner teams
Minimum Requirements
Experience
0-2+ years of experience in game, film, or technology development
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge & Skills
General understanding of project management fundamentals (e.g. scheduling, tracking, reporting)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Key Attributes
Desire to pursue a career in game production

Experience with a variety of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Shotgun, etc.)
Has taken on a Producer/Project Manager role for a creative project (e.g. school project, indie game, etc.)

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $20.77 - $38.46 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
